There are NO REFUNDS on completed shoots.

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE due for all services to secure your date and time.

TIME AND ARRIVAL/CANCELLATIONS

Please respect my time and yours and arrive promptly if not 5-10 minutes early for your shoot to allow a pleasant and positive experience for us both. If you reschedule less than 72 hours before your shoot date you will be charged an additional $50 for a rescheduling fee.

Your time starts at your scheduled appointment time. If you are late to your session there is a possibility you will be asked to reschedule or that your time may be cut short. A $100.00 late fee will be added to your balance.

Anything over 25 minutes late, unless communicated, will result in a cancellation and no refund will be granted.

Cancellations must be done at least 72 hours ahead of time otherwise CLIENT agrees to forfeit deposit. When client wants to book for another shoot, payment must be paid in full and the rescheduling fee will be added to the total price.

EDITING/TURN AROUND TIME

Turn around time may vary depending on the volume of business being experienced at the time images/video are being edited. The normal range for turn around is 5-10 business days. If the volume of business is high, the turn around time for images/video could then become 2-3 weeks depending upon how much business is being experienced during the time frame. Photographer will give an estimated date of delivery for images/video to client.
